Books on Huncoat

Hello, I am on the look out for two books on Huncoat if any one can help.
Number one is "Huncoat remembered" by John Smith republished in the 1980s
Number two is "Huncoat revisited" by Jim Ashton published in 2000.
Any help finding these books is appreciated, thank you in advance, Your's
Taddy.

Re: Books on Huncoat

Huncoat Uncoated is available on Amazon. They did used to be on sale at Ossy mills so might be worth while looking there. I will have a look at Junction 12 Brierfield as they have those sort of books. I have them both as my dad was born and brought up in Huncoat and I have happy memories of visiting my granny every week.

Re: Books on Huncoat

It is worth looking in charity shops too Taddy. Sometimes folk get rid of books when they are house clearing.

I deal in secondhand Lancashire-interest books, but I don't have copies of either of these. I have 3 others though. Message me with your email address
