new accy, you can use Firefox as a web browser & it has a built in spell checker.
Or use IEspell which works with IE.

There is no need to mention any disability when it comes to spelling, as long as we can understand what you said then it's fine.

It's well known that directors have not actually ever done any hard work before they became ar$eholes :D
