Michel Barnier has said that talks on a trade deal with the U.K. will not begin until March.
This is the man that has said there is not enough time to get trade deals sorted by the end of December....which is when we become free of the EU(we are still subject to the rules, regulations and laws until then...so though January 31st is said to be the day we leave, we don't)
There are also moves afoot in Davos to make the UK have a second referendum.....though I am not sure how they could force us to do anything....the leaders of this move are George Soros and Tony Blair

Hilarious that the weasel, Bercow, has said that it has "become increasingly obvious that the government has no intention of honouring the centuries-old convention that a departing Speaker is promptly elevated to the House of Lords".
Wasn’t it the same Bercow who said that it was a good idea not to stick with Parliamentary conventions when he and his a Remoaner pals were trying to frustrate the Government?
Really hope the latest accusations of his bullying were made explicitly to give the government an excuse not to make the weasel a peer.

This man is a chameleon when it comes to opinions...he changes it to suit his own purposes.
I hope he is proved to be a bully and that he never gets a peerage....in fact I wish that the House of Lords would be either abolished or slimmed down dramatically.
We should not be rewarding poor performance with a peerage.
He was the most biased Speaker in living history.
Jeremy Corbyn has nominated this creep for a peerage to stick two fingers up to the current government, as a Labour Leader who is standing down(or more realistically being removed)he should not nominate anyone from any other party.

Yes, and that is why they wanted to keep us in...and why they spent so much time scaremongering.
Even the IMF(which initially said we would 'bomb' financially) is now saying the U.K.growth will outstrip any of the EU economies.
There are companies from the EU who cannot wait to locate here.

Well, let's wait and see how it all pans out because there is many a slip(or a remoaner push)....though I am hoping that at last they have got the message.
This time next week we will have broken some of the bonds.

Did do earlier this morning, the DE is my usual starting point for the day, I even venture onto their comments section under the pseudonym "English Exile DE", (far wider audience than AccyWeb, but much of the same opinons) gives me a chance for "Remainiac baiting" wicked individual that I am ...... Monstrous Fun though!

The actual article was the Saturday Essay in the Daily Mail...so it was half inched from there.
I think it makes very illuminating reading, because few of the media portray leaving the EU as anything other than a disaster.
I don't know what happened to the 'can do ' spirit of this country.

It is looking like Hungary and Poland are beginning to see sense. They of course want the benefits of the EU but when they see the cost that Brussels wants which is the dissipation and destruction of their own culture and nationhood they seem less keen on the idea.
