It appears that keeping Mr Gadd safe in this country is likely to cost the british tax payer £250,000 a year and for the time being he is under 24/7 police protection, because there is a fear of vigilanty groups trying to dish out summery punishment to the perv.

How about we don't give him protection,don't fork out any money for him and let somebody dish out the deserved punishment for the perv?

I think he should be protected. Whist he is surrounded by police they are surely protecting everyone else from him. However, I do think that he should be made to fully reimburse all costs incurred!!
Think about it, that way he would be paying the police to protect society from him, which seems right to me |
