seems more chaos at royal blackburn on monday, the urgent care centre was overwhelmed n people were told to drive to burnley if they needed to be seen quicker, (telegraph page 2) elderly people waiting over 6 hours, etc, those interviewed said staff were brilliant just not enough people on duty, this to me is more proof that this crazy new system is not working, more suffering unduly due to PEN PUSHERS, though i'm sure some clown will come n defend it.

A&E closed again last night due to having too many patients.
 Patients sent 28 miles as Blackburn A&E closed for three hours (From Lancashire Telegraph) |
