Incident On Belgarth Road (St Josephs church)

Does anyone know what was going on down Belgarth road around lunchtime? I went past and there were police cars, a fire engine and I think network rail incident van... and it was taped off across the road.

I wouldn't say I like a drink but if you're buying I'll have a pint!!!

Nothing has appeared on the fire brigade website - a practice perhaps?
