Looking for a Nice place to Eat in the Accy area
I’m looking for a local restaurant or Pub that does good quality food any time form lunch time to mid afternoon, not town centre. Anything English preferably using locally grown produce, with a good live ale….

The comments I received from people concerning the willows have not been good. I was told the service was slow, the food cold and not particularly that nice. Not being one to listen to gossip I decided to make a visit. I wish I had not bothered. The comments were correct. That is one place I will never set foot in again. I found Old Mother Red Cap a good choice, not exactly in Accy but worth the 5 minute drive. If you dare venture to then Willows please let us know how you got on.

like ski i wouldn,t recommend the Willows doug, when 1 st opened i went n it was fine, called back around 4 months ago it was crap to put it nicely, i will not go back.

Never had a bad meal at the Duckworth Hall.

A lot of people say the willows is crap. When I went last month to a charity event, I thought the price was, well , over priced if the food is as bad as what people say. So i settled for the Britannia instead
