the man arrested is a local man although he apparently lives in hapton at the moment.

the man in quesionhe was released on thursday night.

no evidence.

he got part 4 bail and has to report back on monday.

i thought he was released due to not enough evidence not because there was no evidence

also although i would like to see who ever attacked mr guilfoyle brought to justice the suspects name was not allowed to be printed for legal reasons in the paper so i assume it wouldnt be wise to post it on accy web

many people know the name of the person arrested but printing it in a news paper or on a public website may effect the case

i dont know how but there must be a reason why his name wasnt allowed to be printed


please dont take this that i am having a go at you m8 ime just pointing out if you like

as you said common knowledge is one thing but printed words are another..........

then again i have a lot of history with mr. guilfoyle..............a friend.

if you have history with him then you will probably know me, if your heart is where mine is help him before its too late.
The suspected pig is apparently a very cold and calculating pig and wouldnt have dared approached dave face. A cowardly bully at least . He deserves to be nailed.
