To be honest out of all Prime Ministers Blair was the one that really did cosy up to Murdoch in realising that Labour could only win an election in this country with the Sun and NotW on their side.. Brown and Cameron simply tagged along accepting it as the norm but Brown should have realised that Murdoch was not interested in another Labour win in 2010.
Cameron seems to have thought Murdoch was his buddy when NI anounced they would be putting the full force behind the Tories in the last election.. Cameron has shown he is just as much a prat as Brown was!

Totally agree.. and at the same time accept that no political party can gain a majority at a general election in this country when they have the Sun,Times, Mail and the NotW agianst them...no chance ....alot has been said about voters using the internet to gain their political knowledge but it's all crap.. if the Sun is the only reference to politics for 20 million people in this country then it must have an influence on the electorate.
