no smiling...
has anybody else heard about this no smiling thing theyv brought out for passport photos?? apparently we aren't allowed to smile anymore when sitting for passport pictures...how silly is this idea??!!! especially when people dont smile enough as it is!!!

I heard new rule was due to the new scanning equipment that will be used, what difference a smile would make I don't know
