"PaintbyNumbers" Fire Engines
If you fancy Fire engines to be pink or mauve, now is the time to contact John Prescott!
He is launching a thorough investigation costing in the region of £100,000 to find out if a colour other than red should be used on fire appliances and also whether they should continue the "wah-wee" or change it to "wee-wah." It is likely that researchers will travel abroad to see what colour other countries paint theirs - If you want a volunteer John

He needn't bother sending anyone to Tenerife as they are the same colour here! All the firefighters are volunteers though and it all runs on charity payments. A nice bunch of lads and we never fail to put a euro or three in their box.
