Priority legislation

What item of legislation should be given priority and rushed onto the Statute Book by the party that takes power in the forthcoming general election ?

My choice -- Ban the use of the honorific "Right Honourable Gentleman". What`s yours ?

In all seriousness though, I think immigration is a major issue I'm not against people settling somewhere else (I've done it here in Germany), but they should be able to support themselves, and you only get out (benefits) once you've had a few years giving in. we should look after our own first
