Most regular pub goers were a bit hedonistic.

Live for today.

Drink, smoke, have a laugh, be happy.

The smoking ban might have cleansed the actual atmosphere, but after hundreds of care free years, they may have well sprayed all the pubs with sodium cyanide.

Same effect.

Just seen this pic, maybe if it used at the begining of a post, jaysay will be clearly warned

The Plough on Fielding Lane Ossy reopens on Thursday 25th August.
The bar manager is my stepgranddaughter's boyfriend and from her I have been told that the bar staff have uniforms and customers are required to adhere to a dress code - so no hoodies and track suits etc. allowed.

so Jaysay, don't make the effort to get up the hill - they won't let you in

LOL...so presumably everyone in Ossy is automatically barred!

Didn't go in when I wore a suite every day Margaret, could only manage to drag myself as far as the Stop
