Hi there the people of accyweb! I was wondering as a forum if we should start up a radio for accyweb forum members. Where there can be a radio station that we can listen to. I know where we could get a free radio and can easily set up right now but the question is:

Would people be intrested in helping or actually broadcasting or listening ?

I think its a great idea.

Think you would need somthing a bit bigger than Accy Web for a dedicated radio station.

Would there also not be costs involved??

No it would be an online radio for people to listen to mate. And no i can do one for free. Its would be on the internet so you could listen while roaming accyweb. You can play any music you want on the radio and use a mic to talk its quite good!

I listen to Radio 1 sometimes @ Work via Interweb.

Suppose if your into it, put the link on here and have a go yourself, people might show a interest once they see what its about.

Yeh they should know , like i know everyone listens maybe to there windows media player or listen to a radio station online however accyweb could do one and could do a timetable of people from accyweb of when the would want to dj.

Its easy you just do it on winamp. If anyone would like to do it please put your name down here!

Right accymel , you know when you want to say listen to radio1 online at bbc.co.uk/radio1 and you listen to it online on your computer.

Well i was thinking accyweb could do there own online radio station so people can listen to it. But people from accyweb could help and dj. Say you could have an hour accymel and play your favourite music and talk like a real dj on the radio.

So people could search this forum and could listen to accyweb fm for eg

Perhaps we could have special phone in slots.

Rindy could do the agony aunt spot
Spinner could do the politics show
Accymel would do gardening.
Doug could do farming

There ya go! Hehe , no would be good different members could have different times. Like the 9pm accymel show

etc etc to listen to on the internet and its so easy to set up and run! And its easier that you can use the programme winamp like windows media player a bit to do it
