school places
Why is it that there is a shortage of secondary school places this year? My Grand daughter got her letter this week saying there are no places in any of her choices but a place has been reserved for her at a school in Burnley! When my daughter rang the education office it took them 5 minutes to find out where the school was. My Grand daughter is 1 of 4 pupils in her class that have been given places in schools outside the area. What is going on?
