I love cheese, but I don't eat it(it doesn't do for me - I avoid dairy products)......but himself has and he said it was very tasty.

My wife sampled his Lancashire Crumbly the last time he came to the Market Hall....she said it was nice!

He had a recent TV series on British (?specifically Northern) food. Didn't see it but I expect his cheese featured somewhere.

It doesn't if you toast it. with a couple of slices of tomato and a slice of crispy bacon on top. A princely snack lunch.......for himself.....I just have the bacon and tomato.

Funny enough Margaret, I'm asthmatic, but cheese and most dairy products don't affect me, nor for that matter do animals either, sea food is a no no, tree pollen, does, grass pollen doesn'tstrange
