I am perplexed to read in this weeks observer (page 5) that convicted Zaheer Arshad managed to aquire a private Hire Licence despite according to the observer.

Lilly, the thread didn't hold new inf to this calbre...

I personalyy think this is incredible, and IMHO reckon he is one of the 'stats' that have been banded about regarding fake driving licences' and test drivers!

How else could this guy have aptitude?

That was going through my mind as well, it seems inconcievable that someone with the mental age of twelve would be able to pass the written part of the test to me!

Lilly, please don't get me wrong, but I got bored with that thread after the 10'th page...

The thread I refer to was started last week by Royboy and is only 2 pages long.
