this makes me want to SPIT
in the news today- el hadji-diouf who earns the measly sum of £40,000 per week will appear in a teeside court in june for his disgusting habit- and has been granted LEGAL AID what the hells goin on here,its even more disgusting than hes offence.

Best bit is if found guilty he will be subject to a football banning order and not allowed inside any stadium! And then should he decide to go to Europe to play would our police stop him as they know he is going to a football match?

I thought legal aid was means tested ? If so how has he managed to get it. there is something seriosly wrong here.

I know the rules are different for Legal Aid for criminal cases than for civil cases, but this does seem absolutely mad.

I think that there is some provision in legal aid where people who don't speak English are entitled... That's how he got his legal aid. Stinks doesn't it..
