Not the nicest thing but if anyone has friend or family who are users in the area it might be worth passing them on the warning.

Perhaps someone should contact Maundy Grange.
So they could print some little warning notices. Which could then be handed out with the money for drugs. Whoops. Meant money for electricity/new dog lead/gas/school trip/food.

i suppose another headline could have been
3 deaths in 3 towns within 1 hour prevents 3 burgularies,3 old women been mugged for their pensions and a load off the nhs's back treating them. but that would be a rather callous outlook on the situation. probably true though
