Time Capsule
Reece brought a letter home from Rhyddings the other day asking him to bring in something that he could put in a Time Capsule, this item had to be personal but not of any value, it would be put into the Capsule along with some 'now' photo's of the kids and then re-opened the year they leave school.
I thought this was an excellent idea but didnt have a clue what i should send him to school with, Reece grew out of toys a couple of years ago, so i couldnt send him with a toy, he only ever plays with his playstation, i couldnt send him with that or his bike, but i then had a rather ingenius idea  i found Reece's old mp3 player, plugged it into my pc, wiped all the old songs off it and put on it 5 songs from this weeks charts, in 5 years time they will be able to listen to it and remember what was in the charts the week that Reece started secondary school  job done what would you lot put in a time capsule to be opened in 5 years time? |

myself?.. I would put City supporters and scousers..to go another 5 yrs without winning the premierships.oh.. and Rovers!

We won't be here in 5 years time. We are going to be sucked into that black hole they are creating under France!
I'd probably put some of my favourite perfume and candles!

I dunno. I had a favourite some years ago which was discontinued. Maybe 5 years isn't long enough. My perfumes all came from the middle east though

A good few years ago we had some work done on the house & whilst the floorboards were up i threw down a sealed polyurathene bag consisting of family photos,football shirts,copies of the Accy Obby,NME & Daily Mirror from that week & a short note(cant remember if anything else,just threw the lot together as the builders wanted to put the boards back).I've often wondered if that winning lottery ticket from '93 that i could'nt find is down there
 Still, it was only a tenner or the floor boards would have been straight back up
