He is being hounded.
I doubt they will succeed because he has an 'insurance arrangement', which is -
A file of the most explosive information which has been published online encripted.
In the event of his death, or shutdown of wikileaks, the encription code to unlock it will be broadcasted, and then the really juicy stuff will be known

That encripted file has been extensively downloaded to worldwide home computers by people who value freedom of information.
