Yaaay Me!!
Just been to dieticians and my total weight loss so far is 2st 4lb, how chuffed am I!!! (this is going back to early december though when I first started trying to lose weight) And this is by just altering my diet a little bit and maybe being a bit more active with the boys. Gonna keep at it though until I reach where I wanna be. Now I just need to start the excercising.......

That's a fantastic achievement. Keeping it off is the tricky part though so don't give up.
