Is there really nightlife in accrington?

i have to say, Accrington is ALRIGHT, its not great but for a small town its not THAT bad! Admitedly manchester is a great night out byfar, once we get the new witherspoons pub we should rocket a bit as witherspoons is a cheap pub!

Accrington is a rocking night out compared to a lot of places. I studied for 4 years in Manchester and lived for 2 years in Milan, the fashion capital of the world - had some great times out but prefer Accy. A good night is good cos of the people not the places, and there's nought better than seeing friendly faces and people you know. So there  :P

its not the place its the companyyou have, thats what makes a good night out, I think accrington is a great night out has well! ;D

8)  I always have good nights out in Accy, it's the company rather than the place. I always end up seeing somebody that I haven't seen for years and having a good old chinwag. :-*

Wiil agree there the people and the surroundings make it up.Been to some of the bigger discos abroad and had better nights out at the Shoulder of Mutton up Fielding lane than in the so called famous places
