Accy web meeting 26th August - Lords.
Just to let everyone know there will be an Accy web meet on saturday, 26th August, at Lords cricket ground, London. There are 3 definites so far so anyone else who can get a ticket is more than welcome.
Oh, we should see some good cricket to, and a good Lancashire victory. |

Yep...... Sparks and I are the other 2 definites. We will be at Lords on the 26th so if there are any other members with tickets, come along and have a beer or 3..

Yep, count me in.
 Book me in for a hangover, while you're at it. There are a couple of Lords Finals that I attended during Lancashire's halcyon days of the mid 90's that are still a little hazy and lacking of detail in the memory department due to over imbibing.  I am requesting a rule of memebership, Mr T, sir: A Red Rose has to be worn on the day. It is, after all, a birth-right, not a fashion statement. Support your team. It is a shame that Crocker's Folly is no longer. It was only round the corner from Lords and used to provide a decent mid-game refreshment, (lunchtime p!ss-up).

Hey, Mr T, whilst you're in the pavillion at Lords, see if you can gain access to the ball in question, that the umpires believe was tampered with, and take a photo of it.

Just had a phone call from Lettie...It's 2.40 friday, they've arrived safely in the smoke, but pi**ed. So am I. Will keep everyone informed of the second Accy Web London meeting.Excuse the spelling, watch this space.

Had a brilliant weekend, all very civilised at Lords. As far as the cricket went...... we were robbed, but still a fantastic day out. Thanks Tealeaf for the hospitality.
