Accyweb sponsored cricket match
Right, you may recall we did this last year with great success.
We can sponsor the Accrington v Rishton match on Sunday 1st June. its at Accrington's Thorneyholme Rd ground. The price will be £15 per person, that includes your entrance fee, a buffet and a complimentary bar, same package as last season. Just to gauge interest can you reply to this thread if you would be willing to join in. A great time was had by all last year and with Accy top of the League at the moment it will be an entertaining game ! ( think the Stanley fans are sponsoring one too !)

You can put my name down too, had a great day last year and if the sun is out again I will try to remember the sun cream this time, poor sparkologist got sent home to get some for us all last year

Sounds good to me, Lindsay.
Please book Lettie and myself down for a couple of places. The match against Church CC, last season was highly entertaining, not forgetting the social aspect,  (hic).It should be a well fought game that Accy are well capable of winning, provided that Junior takes his customary clutch of wickets.
