Blackpool Airshow
Thanks to reading a thred on here I found out about this.
Was a good day, so I though I would share some video I took. This is my first time using the camcorder properly so probably didnt have it on the best settings. Here is a video of the lancaster bomber, more will follow if there is any interest, when uploaded to youtube. It took 2 hrs + to upload and process this 3 min video.  Anyways hope you like.

It's a fantastic show, I saw it at Southport a few weeks ago along with the Red Arrows, Vulcan, Spitfire, Tornado and other great flying machines.
You haven't done a bad job with the camcorder, much better than I did with my camera. If you like good book about aircraft try to get hold of Vulcan 609, it's all about the lone Vulcan which flew to the Falklands and bombed the runway. I gave my copy to a submariner but have since re-read it after getting it from the library.

Yeh,it was a great day out,thank god it brightened up!
Red Arrows,spitfire, hurricane....makes you proud to be british It made hubbys day sitting in Spitfire and having his photo taken...bless And all for free. |
