are you bord of the same old accrington nightlife and want something different?

hi everybody i have been asked by a very good friend of mine to attempt to breath life into accringtons night life, i run nights all over the country play in clubs such as fusion burnley, sanuk blackpool and the cav blackburn very soon. You may ask why come to accrington but that is where i originated from going to opium when accrington was on top of its game. i went down last week and it was awful and everybody is scared of trying anything new. i have therefore attempted to change this by bringing my night to the town with a playboy fancy dress night. i have got my own dances for the lads and for the girls have the option of fancy dress gettin free entry with prizes on offer all night. i provide the best atmospheres and the best djs around playing rnb and the biggest dance anthems. i decorate the whole room also bringing live saxaphone and lazors if you can come and support i will be grateful and come and have a chat!

Oh dear, another one of those, could I ask have you permission to come on here and use accyweb as a free advertising site?
The site costs money to run may I suggest that if you wish to continue with this type of thing you contact the mods to find out how you can make a contribution to the site to assist with the expenses, after all, you wouldn't expect to be able to advertise free in any of the local papers now would you?

Don't be so miserable Less. It's been posted in the nightlife section which I presume is for people to tell other people what sort of nightlife is going on in Accrington.

And yes, there are ways of 'advertising' free in the local papers - I frequently send a press release about information which they print. How else do you think the journalists find out all this information.

I'm not being miserable, nightlife and events is the correct place but, at the same time, this nightclub is a business, therefore if they wish to advertise, it would be nice if they help contribute to the upkeep of accyweb if they are happy to make a donation then it will help the site to keep going and therefore ensure it will be here for the next time they want to advertise an event.

Best of RnB? Does that exsist? And playboy themed? Oh dear that means it will be full of the usual silly little girls dressed in pink with some silly ears on. Not what id call sexy.

Its great that somebody is trying to bring the nightlife of Accy back to what it once was. But i'm afraid that on a Thursday night you've no chance. People are unwilling to pay to get in anywhere in Accy, so on a Thursday when you can go to The Bees Knees where its £1 a drink, Bliss & Shakers where they are buy one get one free, and no charge to get in No chance!

I love Kinky would be better trying it on a Friday or Saturday, because Thursdays aren't all that bad anymore.

Agreed on thursdays lolly. But looking at the people who go out round accy these days can you see what i mean? Next to nobody cares how they look it seems to me.
