New sessions at Sports Centre
This isn't nightlife, and barely an event, but I don't know where else to post it. ;D
From 17th November, there will be new Aquanatal exercise sessions starting at Hyndburn Sports Centre. Aquanatal is water based aerobic exercise for pregnant ladies. Not only will it keep you fit, but I can verify that it's great fun ;D The sessions run every monday morning during term time, between 11am and 12 midday, during the ladies only pool session. If you know anybody who is interested in coming ( costs £1 ) please ask them to look for the posters in all the local GP surgeries, or ask their Midwife. Places on the courses have to be booked through Surestart and a medical questionnaire will be filled in, your Midwife will help you with this. This has never been done before in Hyndburn, the nearest place for this kind of exercise is Waves at Blackburn. Please help us to make these sessions a success. Cheers!! :-*
