There will be an exhibition showing photographs of Union Road from the early 1900's to the present day at The Civic Arts Centre, Oswaldtwistle on Sunday, 27th February from 1 p.m. > 4 p.m.
Part of the project depicting the changing face of retail in this area. FREE ENTRY. |
