Well if I won this I wouldn't claim, I'd pass the ticket on to the youngest female member of my family eligible to claim.
Why? Well being in my 60's I might have another 15 years and I'd be sharing it with the family anyway. Whereas an 18 year old female may have another 70 years on this planet, far better she passes money to me than I pass money to her for a shorter period.
