Yes that's right the latest fitness device with guaranteed sexy six pack results will shortly be available at your local carboot.
 Why? Probably because like the workbench and many, many other fitness devices the folk that buy them find them to be too much like hard work, push them into a corner where they will be ignored until the owner puts it into his car one wet and weary weekend hoping to get some money back from it. So don't bother paying the full price plus P&P stay a slob for another six months and you can get one for a quarter of the price or less. In fact save even more money, just remain a slob, otherwise six moths down the road you will also be getting up one wet and weary weekend and trying to get your money back, you may be lucky and get enough for a six pack... ... of beer! So don't delay make a bee line to your local off-licence get a 12 pack and celebrate all the money, time and fuel you have saved by not getting one in the first place.

Just buying them doesn't make you fit or help you lose weight....you have to actually use them.

I went to see a physiotherapist recently, she gave me several sheets of exercises to do for my bad back.
Are you saying that I actually need to do them and the paper doesn't fix my back? Oh heck - I didn't realise that.... lol p.s. I also have to go around saying "10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, 10 times, " because it says "Repeat 10 times"... I'll get my coat.... |
