Of course, and it involves several international phone calls to discuss the programme, which luckily I don't pay for.

My top two are Jodie, and Samantha. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic, to quote Miss Nancy Barryman.

Rachel was good tonight, but I really don't get Jessie, and I hate the way she sings out of the side of her mouth.

Can't see Jessie at all in this part ... would now go for Rachel .. the only one who knows how to take a note into her head, which smacks of good training in order to last the course of a West End production .. the other's vocal chords would pack up within 2 weeks.

Sam and Rachel were in the bottom two. Andrew saved Sam so Rachel went out.

She was my favourite.

Now she's gone I would like Jodie or Sam to win.

Can't see Jessie playing the part well.

With the twisted way she sings out of the side of her mouth, plus all the stopming about, I think she's terrible.

I want big Blackpool Jodie to win, with Samantha as runner up...and given the role of Bet, Nancy's best friend.

Yes, that'd do for me.

Jessie's not very feminine, is she?

She'd be ok if they were casting Annie- The Teenage Years.

Re: I'd do anything

Damn.

Samantha has gone out of the competition.

That leaves Jodie and Jessie.

I've not thought that Jessie was right for the part so far but I will say this....her performance with Gwion (who will be playing Oliver) was the best of the three tonight.

The other two girls didn't connect with the children in the way that Jessie did with Gwion. Maybe it's because Jessie has younger brothers and sisters and is used to interacting with children.

Re: I'd do anything

The nation's Nancy is....... Blackpool's own Jodie Prenger aged 28 ( and I'm Dolly Parton, she's 35 at least surely. )

Seriously, I'm sure she'll do a wonderful job. She's certainly been consistent.

Well done Jodie.

YAY!!!!! Me & my Mum literally jumped off the sofa cheering!!!

Theres no way Jessie could have done it, you could tell she was struggling tonight, 8 shows a week... i dont think so!! Jodie didnt seem to struggle at all tonight, even when she sung at the very end and was so emotional she kept it together. I'm going to try and get tickets to go and see it!!

Re: I'd do anything

Great result.

As you say Lily, Jessie upped her game tonight, and performed really well.

Happily it's the people who decide, and the people want Jodie as Nancy.

I'm thinking about getting tickets too. One up to the North West eh?

It'll be a fabulous show. Rowan Atkinson will be playing Fagin. I wonder who will play Bill Sykes.

There'll never be a better Bill Sykes than Oliver Reed, obviously it won't be him though.

Bloomin' hell, just found this.

She certainly has lost a lot of weight.

Go girl.
