It looks as though there will be an attempt to bring about a world government under the cover of Climate Change legislation.
Here is another video of the same chap where he debunks the 'assumption' that global warming is due to carbon emissions.
I am convinced by him (for the moment, until I may hear evidence to the contrary)

That last link I gave was to a 'New Age' type of website , and some of the other pages on that site are a little 'way out' (even for me)
So I have traced the translated report of the eminent russian physicist.
