theres a jobsfair at accy town hall on thursday 29th march tescos and other employers there ....

whast use is it on a Thursday! Those who are already working but want a different job/career are at work so they can't go. Or are you expected to throw a sickie nowadays

Jobs fairs are not just for people out of work. They are for anyone who wishes to consider a change of career/ imporve their position in a job they already do or even just fancy a change. Then as Mez said, what about college students or kids about to leave school, are they allowed out to visit?

I remember the last one being on, think it was from about 10am (ish) till 4pm.
They mainly consist of lots of big organisations such as Tesco, NHS, Express Gifts and such as well as others such as Sure/Home Start and the Army etc.
Usually theres a lot of leaflets and handouts and you can sign your name up to mail outs and any potential vacancies they may have.
