that is if it goes ahead ... dont forget it has to get planning permission etc ... and then it has to get built first .... oh its the headlines in this weeks accy observer ...

I don't get this concept at all.......who would want a house on an industrial estate...who would want to stay at a hotel on an industrial estate??

That would be a good place for them to be.......but I think the new administration are going to be more........erm........conservative with their money(no pun intended......well, it's only half a pun really)
