The Rams Head in Rossendale is looking for new tennants!

Punch Partnerships are looking for somone with the community knowledge and experience to bring the Rams Head back to life. The Rams Head is a popular, well known, community local's pub that needs re establishing. The Rams Head has fantastic facilities, including an open plan trading area, a seperate games room which can host inter pub tournements. The Rams head also has great private accomodation including 3 bedrooms, a seperate study, lounge and Kitchen. Currently there is no food on offer, so there is an opportunity to develop a pub classics menu to help boost trade. The Rams Head is also available on Punch Partnership’s “CAPITAL BUILDER SCHEME,” giving a fantastic opportunity to take on this business with limited funding – use “CAPITAL BUILDER” to open the door to your own pub and earn yourself capital as you go. We are holding an open day on 11th Nobvember 2010 at Madisons Wine Bar BB4 8EW from 3pm til 7pm. You are all welcome to come along and discuss this pub in more detail.
