I always want to, but i don't know how to inform the police?  Do i call the accy station?  I just feel like a busy body then, even though it will probably save someones life in the end  :-/

If the lights are'nt working then it's a fair chance there's problems with the rest of the car as well - a road hazard.

I don't know what the procedure is. It's just a shame that Lancashire Constabulary don't have a site where you can email this sort of thing

I know, i can't believe the amount of people who have a brake light broken.  The other week i was behind a van and both the brake lights did not work, i nearly ended up in the back of it if it wasn't for the distance i keep away from vehicles.

There's one on Burnley Road now near to the garage.  No markings on the road yet though.......

It does make me chuckle sometimes when I'm behind someone who's only doing about 25mph and they still brake for the speed camera. Most of the times during the day, when I pass these cameras, I am in heavy traffic and we are all incapable of doing above 20 - 25mph anyway.
Bet they can make a fortune off them at night though, was cut up by a real idiot doing at least 50 on Hyndburn Rd at 10pm a couple of weeks ago, as I was coming home from work.
You know the kind of car, dark colour darkened windows and windscreens, personal plates, spotlights etc. :-/

If it had 3 bald tyres & no tax disc, then it was probably Roy's car....funny that, because he usually cuts down in front of the town hall & heads down Blackburn Rd at 70mph, speakers blaring...

No, Dizzy it's true....it's on one of the other sites on speed cameras..not sure which..
