Who was the artist, Atarah?
And isn't it about time that the council works dept. ( Ha ha, 'Hyndurn Works' a contradiction in terms if ever I heard one.) got around to repainting the metal screens that surround this feature. The last time I looked they were in a pretty disgraceful condition.
