No, took them through the glass - even I coudn't get through that window, it's far too small! A couple were taken from the attic, next floor up, this time the Velux window was open.

Part 1. Today in Pictures, I'm piggin wet through to my kecks.
The sun was shining so I set off in a short sleeved shirt, what a puddin.

1. Himalayan Balsam, just short of the swing bridge.
2. Snail on a thistle, it looked asleep.
3. Its a nettle leaf, check the spines under the leaf.
4. Woody nightshade.
5. Whilst sat in the weeds to get the last shot, a barge whizzed past, don't know what he thought I was doing?
6. Tufted Vetch.
7. Avast behind, were going to need a bigger boat.
8. A goosery.
9. At this point it all went a bit Pete Tong.
10. It might be wet, but they don't care.

11. They swim off without a care.
12. It eased up so I ventured out from under the bridge at Church, managed this.
13. And then this, at this point it started raining again, but heavier this time. So it was camera in back pocket and mumble all the way home. It was about now that I couldn't find a dry bit on my person, but I new I was fifteen minutes from home.

What time did you go out ,Dave. We went up Longridge Fell this morning and it stopped fine for us although I didn't risk taking my camera as it threatened to rain. Great pic of the snail.

It was about 2.15 this afternoon, got to Church Kirk, Church, when It started, I was at the furthest point then, so soggy kecks were a certainty.

Haven't done a bed bath since I passed my sick nurse badge in Guides more years ago than I care to remember! Toss you for top half or bottom half...
