Nice but I’d prefer it in colour.
I saw it lined up at York a while back with all the remaining A4 locos.
Great chance for some cracking photos.

Yes, but sometimes they don't always look or have the same impact in colour.

I agree mate. I’ve used monochrome a lot in my photo for impact.
You may have seen some of my street art photos which I posted last year which featured elderly gentleman’s craggy faces. Two were sold pretty quick.
But I’m a steam engine fanatic and I would have preferred to see the loco in it’s true colours. Just my opinion. Not knocking the photo.

59 years since I started taking photographs during my army career.
I can’t see me every stopping as long as I can get out and about.

The girl's parents gave me permission to post her photo. It was in a batch I took for a wedding.
