apart from not being able to tell me when they will be upgrading the capacity on the mast near my works which gets so battered senseless that there is no data throughput from 9am -5pm. no amount of well can you find out? was having any use.

I bought a couple of phones from there, found them very friendly. The other one (car phone warehouse?) on the other hand were very rude!
