thanx for that Ken, it says on there vaseline oil, whats that and where do i buy it?

We do some toe post/ flip flop protector things, in the Party Feet range by Scholl.

no Lindsay they havent got 'thongs' on them, they are the ones that just go over the feet, if you know what i mean

Not much help Flashy, but just put my shoe stretcher thingy in. ya' know the ones that remind you of a torture rack, keep turning the screw 'til it gives you the correct width .. always works for me.
