Selling/buying a house?
This is a good site if you're planning on selling your house (or like me, just a bit nosey about local house prices!)
They send you updates of house prices for recent sales in your local area and you can also get average house prices for a postcode which is useful if you're looking to buy aswell. www.ourproperty.co.uk |
