I have just come back from a walk up that area this morning. I had a look along Charter Street. Dear God what a tip! How can people bear to live there anymore. The council houses at the bottom of Craven Street are a disgrace! I can remember a lot of the people who used to live there and everyone was always so proud of their homes,whether they owned them or rented them from the council.

What Happened???
