St John's School, Accrington

On (next) Wednesday evening 17th November, Barry Ingham, 68yrs, will be hosting a get together of anyone who attended St John's School. This will be in the back room of the Peel Park pub from 8pm.

Barry ( Tel 01254 381767) originally planned to do this for his year ( he left in '53 I think) but because of interest from other years, has expamnded it to any year. He sees it as an exploratory meeting to hear from others what they might want to do about having a fuller reunion.

Bring any photos. You are advised that short pants and navy blue knickers are not obligatory. Wear a name badge.

I shall put summat on Friends reunited.
