you have a mobile phone though Jaysay! pretty much all mobiles from last 5 years have been able to be used and an MP3 player!

heh, whereas my 'mobile' is used as a telephone about 20% of the time, the rest its an internet tool, TV streamer, camera/video recorder, media/games machine plus more.

I don't have an ipod
My phone makes calls and texts, and nothing else.
.....and I don't feel deprived

I have a walkman but after that I'm with you Margaret, and yea I don't feel deprived either

my phone has allsorts on it jaysay .. have only just figured out the last couple of weeks how to get online with it and onto accyweb ... say 90% of the time its used for texts and phone calls ... the rest of the time its taking photos and on the web and playing the games on it .. its got sudoku, backgammon, golf tour, rally 3d and snake .. only ever play snake and sudoku .. keeps me quiet!!!

thing is there is always those moments where your stood queuing, or waiting for something, SWMBO trying another 6 new frocks on, doctors running 2 hours behind....

once you get used to using a mobile for the stuff they can do now you can entertain yourself instead of just being bored senseless.


even just a quick game of soitaire or catching up on BBC news or listening to "Radio Crinklies"

Bloody hell Jen, keeps you quiet, bet Spugs thinks its worth it weight in gold You can tell how much I know about Mobiles I've had mine for nearly 4 years now its a Sony Ericsson, its only the other week I found out there is smileys on it
