Thank you all for such a 'Wonderful????' response, highly amusing especially the one about paying the bill, Oh how I rolled in the aisles over that one! Still being a charitable soul like what I am, I'll put it down to his form of humour, after all someone with an ongoing thread about bank charges and rubber cheques would know the phrase:-
