Logging on

Every time I try to come onto the site, I find that I have to give my user name and password.A few days ago I was automatically logged on as long as I remembered to use the remember me button.I am having the same problem logging on to the Blackburn site. My machine is an Apple iPad.Can you please suggest what I am doing wrong? The other site suggest something about cookies but as someone who knows next to nothing about computers, this is no help to me.Any SIMPLE and EASY suggestions please?

Re: Logging on

Sounds like a browser setting blocking cookies to me.
Have look here - iOS: Safari web settings and check your settings.
Mine has accept cookies from visited, and logs me in straight away.

Alternatively, you could download tapatalk, it`s free and supported by this forum, and a lot easier use than a web browser.

Re: Logging on

My iPad and iPhone both had the same logging on problem but since Saturday it seems to be working as normal again.
I would have thought it was a problem with the web site but my PC didn't suffer the same problem.

You must be a bit board to be noticing things like that.

Oh dear here we go. Brain not functioning on all cylinders today - lack of sleep for various reasons mainly playing on the computer. Think I thought you must be one of the many folks on here who can't spell. Perhaps I'm pining for the fjords?
