WebEx vs. GoToMeeting

Are WebEx and GoToMeeting defined as Web conferencing technologies or video conferencing? Both are quite popular, and the video conferencing capabilities of these tools are improving. Which of these 2 produce high-quality images, sound and overall reliable communications?

This is a local forum used mainly for chatting between local people and Accrington Stanley fans. You would be much better of asking that question in a tech forum with lots of video conferencing experts
