Are sites like Lockerz.com sustainable?
I've recently come across a site, Lockerz.com. Basically it's a website where you interact daily such as answering questions that change on a daily basis. For interacting and even logging in you get 'points'. You also get points for inviting other people to the site.
You can trade these points in for prizes once you have enough. Obviously it takes some time to get enough. Now supposedly because they get money from advertising and from their shop where they sell things for cash rather than points, they can afford to effectively give prizes away. Prizes by the way are from t-shirts to PS3s! Allegedly people have been getting the prizes, and since it costs nothing I'm willing to give it a go. If you want an invite you can get it from Instant Lockerz.com Invite / Invitation Form but just so you're under no illusions this is a referral link from myself and doing this will give me a number of said 'points'. Feel free to look around for another inviter if you want to give the site a try without giving the points to me.
